  1. Intake & Introductory Session Up to 90 Minutes: Intake, Learn Resources, Deep Brain Reorienting and Assessment for Intensive Fit and PLAN

  2. Four three hour sessions (or 8 90 minutes) over two or three days. 1. DBR, 2. EMDR, 3. EMDR, 4. DBR, EMDR

  3. Integration Session Follow-Up (Up to 90 Minutes) with options for continued follow-up coaching, groups, memberships.
